I discovered pole dance in September 2023, and it immediately felt right. Coming from a gymnastics background, I quickly found sensations that were familiar to me: the technical demand, the strength and the precision of the discipline, but also everything it lets you express. Today I have the good fortune to share my passion with my students. I teach with an approach that is both structured and attentive to each person. For me it is essential that everyone can progress at their own pace, through adapted variations and genuine differentiation in how things are taught. I like to challenge my students and push them further, always with kindness and respect for their bodies. As for style, I love the power of static and acro tricks just as much as the fluidity and softness of spin. In my classes I always make sure we work on both. My aim: that you progress safely, that you feel proud of yourselves, and above all that you enjoy every session ✨🥰
