I started pole in 2023, drawn by the wish to find a challenging sport combining strength, flexibility, softness and technique. A former gymnast and rhythmic gymnastics coach, I would love to guide you through discovering pole dance in a warm atmosphere. It matters a great deal to me that every student gets personal follow-up and advice, so they can progress and grow at their own pace. In my classes we work together on a range of figures and combos, both spin and static, with the emphasis on technique and fluidity. Something particular you would like to work on? I would be delighted to shape my classes around it!
