Personal data
The contact form emails us your name, your email address and your message, purely so we can reply to you. This site keeps none of it in a database and never sells it on. If you leave your address in the waitlist form, it is stored in our internal management tool and used only to tell you when the next registrations open; you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to fullmoonstudio@pole-dance.brussels. Before your message reaches us, the contact form checks that the request really comes from a person, using Cloudflare Turnstile. To do that, Cloudflare processes your IP address and some technical information about your browser; the service sets no advertising cookie and is not used to track you. The details are in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Bookings and payments
Bookings, class cards and gift cards are handled by our partner Eversports. By using them you accept their terms and conditions, which are available on their site.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The Eversports widgets embedded in the "Cards & Memberships", "Gift card" and "Courses & Schedule" pages may set some of their own in order to work.
