Always passionate about sport, I discovered pole and aerial hoop in January 2024, and trying them was love at first attempt. After twenty years of swimming and teaching it, I was looking for a new discipline, and aerial sport was the obvious answer. I love hoop for the challenges it offers, blending strength, fluidity and suppleness. But beyond the physical side, aerial hoop gives you a real moment to centre yourself, free your mind and grow inside a bubble of kindness. It is also an activity that leads to lovely encounters, in a welcoming and warm school. I am happy to share this passion and to guide you through your own discovery of aerial hoop — whether for the pleasure of it, to push your limits, or simply to try something new.
