I started pole dance in 2019 and I am fascinated by this extraordinary discipline, which requires a lot of patience, discipline, and training. As a physiotherapist, I particularly appreciate the body awareness, mobility, and strength that pole dance develops, which also allows me to guide my students safely. This sport gives me the opportunity to release energy and push my limits, while exploring fluidity and precise transitions. I am happy to share my passion and help others discover theirs
