I started pole in 2023 and it quickly became the place where I felt most at home. Learning to see my body for what it is capable of doing, rather than how it looks, has been a powerful way to boost my self-confidence. My goal is to share this passion and all the kindness this sport has brought me. To help you discover new sensations in spin as well as static, in strength as well as flexibility.
